I attempt to turn painted ceramics into paintings.
In this work, I try to convert a painting methods of painted pottery, such as (1) dyeing on unglazed pottery, (2) glazing, and (3) overglaze painting decoration (like ICCHIN, swollen line pattern) into (1) blue paint on wooden panel, (2) medium, and (3) swollen painted decoration.
