谷本　洋　TANIMOTO Yoh

陶芸家 / 三重県在住


1958　陶芸作家（伊賀焼）の父・谷本光生と、服飾デザイナーの母のもとに生まれ幼少の頃から伊賀焼と接する。

　　　伊賀・京都にて陶技を学ぶ。

1982　個展・グループ展にて作品発表を始める。
1984　渡仏。パリにてデッサン・油絵を学ぶ。

　　　 スペインの造形作家Ｊ.Ｇ. アルチガスの助手を務める。
　　　 パリ郊外にアトリエを設け、作陶を始める。

1988　独立。伊賀焼・谷本洋陶房を開く。

1958 Born to a father, TANIMOTO Mitsuo, a ceramic artist (Iga ware), and a mother, a fashion designer.Eexposed to Iga ware at an early age.
          Studied ceramics in Iga and Kyoto.
1982 Began showing his work in solo and group exhibitions.
1984 Moved to France. Studied drawing and oil painting in Paris.
          Worked as an assistant to Spanish artist J.G. Artigas.
          Established a studio in the suburbs of Paris and began making ceramics.
1988: Became independent. Opened Iga Ware and TANIMOTO Yoh Ceramic Studio.
