日々新しい領域へと突き進む現代。
拡張するばかりのバーチャル世界。
立ち止まることも許されないスピードの中で、
私たち人間は思考と感覚を研ぎ澄ます時間さえ、奪われようとしています。

新たな年の初めに、気持ちも改めて立ち止まり、お茶と向き合う時間を。

白白庵が提唱する「JAPANESE HYBRID ART」は
歴史上の様々な戦争や自然災害を乗り越えて、
今ここに集う作家たちに遺伝子として組み込まれ、
現代日本の最先端の美として顕れるものたちです。
本年も気鋭の作家たちによる渾身の作品を揃え、
趣向を凝らして皆様をお迎えいたします。

本年のテーマは干支の「巳（蛇）」にちなみ、
「弁財天」を特集したいと思います。


Today, we are moving into new territories day by day.
The virtual world is only expanding.
In a world where we are not even allowed to stop, we are being deprived of time to think and sharpen our senses.
At the beginning of a new year, let us take time to pause and reflect with a bowl of tea.

JAPANESE HYBRID ART, which PAKUPAKUAN advocates, has overcome various wars and natural disasters in history and has been incorporated into the genes of the artists gathered here today, and is manifested as the most advanced beauty of contemporary Japan.
This year, too, we welcome you to the exhibition with a selection of the best works by up-and-coming artists.

This year’s theme draws inspiration from the Chinese zodiac sign of the Snake and focuses on Benzaiten, the goddess of wisdom, music, and prosperity.
